In adults for treatment of the following bacterial infections:
-Lower respiratory tract infections including pneumonia, bronchitits and acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis caused by gram negative aerobic bacteria caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae or Chlamydia pneumoniae)
-Upper and lower urinary tract infections, including uncomplicated (cystitis) and complicated urinary tract infections.
-Uncomplicated urethral and cervical gonorrhoea, non-gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis.
